A 25-zloty tax stamp from the Kościuszko Uprising, 1794, Series C, with a 5-digit serial number: 29707
The banknote retains the natural "ribbed" texture of handmade paper, without watermark elements, and is in good condition, partly due to the cream-colored shade of the paper. Visible on the banknote are the letters B S—a chemical security mark—a legible dry seal, as well as the signatures of two commissioners, P. Grozman and M. Zakrzewski, each written in a different type of ink.
A nice piece, confirmed by a PMG grading note appropriate to its condition.
