Obverse: a royal bust wearing a laurel wreath, armor, and a cloak, with visible armor sleeve straps, and the Order of the Golden Fleece, facing right; the legend on the rim reads:

Reverse: a five-field coat-of-arms shield crowned with a jeweled crown within a closed ring featuring five fleurons, bearing the coats of arms of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, and the Sheaf coat of arms of the Vasa dynasty; on either side of the shield, the denomination mark I-8; the outer ring bears an inscription divided by the Wieniawa coat of arms of Bogusław Leszczyński, Grand Crown Treasurer, and the initials MW:
