Zygmunt Radnicki (1894–1969)—initially studied at Podhorodecki’s Drawing School. In 1913, he continued his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków under Dębicki, J. Mehoffer, and W. Weiss. In 1925, he left for Paris, where he worked under the guidance of J. Pankiewicz. In 1946, he became a professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. He exhibited with the Lviv Formalists, at the “Awangarda” gallery in Kraków, and in Paris, Brussels, and New York. He painted landscapes, still lifes, and portrait studies. His paintings can be seen, among other places, at the National Museum in Warsaw, as well as in Kraków, Poznań, and Szczecin.
