One of the more titled embroiderers of Cracow, known for her beautiful, intricately embroidered works and active activity in the Association of Lovers of Traditional Folk and Artistic Handicrafts "Lud-Art". Currently Vice President of the Association .

She has had 13 solo exhibitions, participated in numerous exhibitions of the Association "Lud-Art" and in many competitions. She has received many awards and honors, including in 2018 in the National Embroidery Contest "From the Threads of Ariadne" organized by the Central Museum of Textiles in Lodz, where she received an honorable mention for 4 works.

In addition, she received a nomination for "Senior of the Year 2009" in the "Beyond Stereotype" plebiscite for her work, and in 2018 a nomination from Gazeta Krakowska for "Personality of the Year".

Halina Dulemba's works can be seen in the Central Textile Museum in Lodz and the Museum of Folk Musical Instruments in Szydłowiec, among others.
