Set of three traditional Indio Picaro porn figurines, Chile.
A set of three Indio Picaro (literally daring Indian) figurines. Indio Picaro are traditional Chilean figurines inspired by the Mapuche culture (an ethnic group living in South America, mainly Chile and parts of Argentina), made of wood, painted. They have a characteristic wide smile and are movable: the torso lifts up, revealing the genitals (male or female). The origins of the figurines are not entirely clear, but they gained international fame in the 1990s, when several were bought by American Vice President Dan Quayle, as immortalized by the Chilean press. Through him, they even appeared in the White House, and over time became popular in the US.
The set consists of three wooden figures, two male and one female.
