consisting of 18 soup spoons and 18 bouillon spoons (lengths 21.7 cm and 19 cm), 18 forks and 16 second course knives (lengths 21.5 cm and 25.7 cm), 18 forks and 12 appetizer knives (lengths. 18.7 cm and 20.5 cm), 18 fruit knives with silver blades decorated with engraved fruit and pear leaf motifs (length 20 cm), 18 tea spoons (length 14.5 cm), and 8 table centerpiece forks and openwork fish spatulas decorated with engraved fish and aquatic plant motifs (lengths. 26.7 cm and 35.6 cm), meat portioning fork with steel tines and movable support (l. 28.8 cm), tureen spoon (l. 32.3 cm), powdered sugar spoon (l. 21.3 cm), fruit spoon with shell-shaped scoop (l. 24.3 cm), a scooping spatula with one side raised decorated with an engraved candelabra ornament (length 24.3 cm), a knife with a steel machete blade (length 20 cm)
sterling silver (950) hallmarked (the hallmark of the assay office with the head of Minerva and the sample, the goldsmith's mark TALLOIS/ crown/ MAYENCE in a rhombus) ivory, stainless steel, wood, fabric; weight 5920 g. (excluding cutlery with steel blades).

Silver handles expanding, ending in a semicircle, decorated on both sides with a floral ornament of stylized acanthus leaves, with an engraved monogram tied CM. Ivory handles plain, with engraved and stained black monogram as above.
Cutlery in company canteen (H 26 cm, W 49 cm, D 31 cm) lined inside with maroon chamois-colored fabric, with printed address and company name ORFEVRERIE ARGENT/ TALLOIS & MAYENCE/ Succrs / DE F. NICOUD/ BOULVD DE STRASBOURG 19/ PARIS.
The canteen is wooden, with brass surrounds at the corners, with a brass cartouche on the lid with engraved CM bound monogram, with two c-shaped, flat, retractable handles on the long axis (key missing).
