Born March 8, 1956 in Obice. Professionally educated, foundry molder. Farmer. He has been carving in wood since 1981. I decided to take a piece of wood in one hand, a shoemaker's knife in the other, and that's how I started to carve my first bas-relief. I saw that it was going quite smoothly I decided to work in this direction. Snioch works on single forms, puts them together in groups attached to a common base, or realizes them as separate multi-figure compositions. They are characterized by a smooth surface, painted with stain, poster paint and protected with a clear varnish. His work undoubtedly remains within the circle of religious themes. Among the realizations we find titles such as Angel Death, Sorrowful, St. Maximilian Kolbe, St. Adalbert, Father Jerzy Popieluszko sentenced to death. The author does not duplicate traditional iconographic patterns, he looks for his own solutions. Hence, in the realizations he often refers to contemporary events in the life of the church.
