Zenon KONONOWICZ (1903-1971)
Painter, graphic artist and illustrator. Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow under Jozef Pankiewicz and Feliks Kowarski. Associated with the Krakow art community, he was a member of the Zwornik Artists' Association and the Pryzmat group. He created easel paintings, prints and drawings, often of a moody, decorative nature. He participated in numerous exhibitions, and his work was valued for its precision and sense of form.
