Painting, 2024
90 x 80cm
A painting from the latest series "Lost in Blue", a series about finding oneself and sinking into feminine energy.
Because that's what water is to me - a feminine power, a source that nurtures and supports life wherever it goes.
She has an uncanny ability to listen and adapt to her surroundings, at the same time she can be a powerful and uncontrollable element.
To be immersed in water is like being in a caring embrace,
to allow yourself to let your body and thoughts lose their weight and the outside world lose its importance.
