Biography
He graduated from the Faculty of Printmaking and Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań (now the University of Arts), where in 2007 he earned his diploma in printmaking under Prof. Stefan Ficner and in painting under Prof. Piotr C. Kowalski. From 2008, he served as an assistant to Prof. Wojciech Leder at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź; in 2013, he earned his Ph.D. at the Institute of Art at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, and since 2014 he has been working as an assistant professor in the Painting and Drawing Studio at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź; from 2017 to 2019, he coordinated the Festival of Science, Technology, and Art, in 2017, he established his own Studio of Conceptual Drawing and became head of the Department of Drawing; in 2018, he became associate dean, and since October 2020, he has served as dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts.
