A characteristic Ephraim coin featuring a rosette-shaped clasp fastening the cloak.
Obverse: a royal bust wearing a crown, armor, and a cloak fastened with a brooch; the legend in the rim reads:
D•G•AVGVSTVS•III•REX•POLONIARUM;
Reverse: a crowned five-field heraldic shield bearing the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, and the Wettin coat of arms surmounted by an electoral miter, encircled at the bottom by a palm wreath; on either side of the wreath’s branches are the initials E.-C., the denomination “18” between the sprigs, with the following legend around the edge:
