A Renaissance-style shield bearing the coat of arms of Gdańsk, supported by two lions on the reverse.
A variant with a shortened date, 2–6, above the coat of arms on the reverse.
The last digit of the date has been struck over from 5 to 6, with the overprint reading 2 – 6/5
A variant with the king’s title ending in … PR on the obverse.
Condition: 2
Minor flaws in the coin and scratches on the obverse (visible in the photo), but a beautifully struck and well-preserved piece. Good detail. Luster and plenty of mint mirror finish. An attractive coin.
