Obverse: the city’s coat of arms within a pearl border; the outer border features a legend beginning with a rosette:

Reverse: within a pearl border, the coat of arms of Royal Prussia; in the outer border, the legend beginning with a rosette:
SIGIS*I*REX*PO*DO*TOCI*PRVS;
