A Type V (Ciura) bust.
The Ślepowron coat of arms (of Jan Kazimierz Krasiński—Grand Treasurer of the Crown) is divided by a circumferential inscription on the reverse.
On the reverse, flanking the shield bearing the Snopek coat of arms (the coat of arms of the Vasa family), are the letters A–T (the initials of Andrzej Tymf—the leaseholder of the Kraków Mint).
The border appears only on the obverse.
Variant with simple coat-of-arms shields.
Inscription variant featuring the king’s title IO CASIM D G REX POL SVE M D L in the rim on the obverse and … – REG PO … in the rim on the reverse—very rare.

Condition: 2-/3+
Defects in the coin blank and metal, as well as localized under-strikes, characteristic of this type of coin, but a very nicely preserved piece. A very rare variety. A rare coin that is difficult to find on the collectors’ market.
