One of the best—and, in our opinion, the best—catalog of Lithuanian coins from the period 1545–1571. It features a very simple and clear structure organized by denomination, year of minting, coin types, varieties, inscription variations, punctuation variations, and errors. For each catalog entry, the degree of rarity is specified, and prices are provided for three conditions of preservation. Most entries include photographs. Additionally, the catalog includes the various types of Eagle and Pogoń dies, coats of arms, and mint marks. In short, this is an accessible, clear, comprehensive, and highly detailed work suitable for both beginners and very advanced collectors.
