Obverse: a bust of the emperor wearing a laurel wreath, armor, and a paludamentum, facing right; the legend on the rim reads:
IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG;
Reverse: Elagabalus offering a sacrifice at an altar; the legend around the rim reads:
INVICTVS SACER DOS AVG;
