He is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk. His master's thesis was completed in 2005 in the 4th Painting Studio of Prof. Maciej Swieszewski, the annex in the Drawing Studio of Prof. Maria Targońska and Wall Painting under the direction of Prof. Andrzej Dyakowski.
Since 2019, he has served as Vice-Dean of the Painting Department. Since 2020, he has served as Dean of the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk. He is currently Head of the Second Studio of Fundamentals of Drawing and Painting in the Department of Basic Education at the Faculty of Painting.
