In the landscape of artistic talents of the young generation of Polish painters, it is impossible not to notice the extremely mature and clearly defined painting of Bartosz Hadryś. From the consistently perfected painting technique over the past years, in which the main role is played by a deepened knowledge of color, in the painter's studio are usually created large-format, semi-abstract oil canvases, at the same time saturated with rich references to representational painting and often directly inspired by the human figure. The interpretive vectors of many of Bartosz Hadryś's paintings, with subtly balanced colors, are full of particularly interesting references to the natural world, nature and animals, indicating the Polish painter's resonance with the great Flemish and Dutch masters of still life. In these masterfully composed works, organic entanglements of all kinds of painterly elaborated species of plants, flowers and fruits, taken from the nature that surrounds the artist, are intermingled, carrying a wealth of symbolism relating to fertility and abundance, into which the artist often weaves the motif of a skull with its palette of many vanitative meanings. As a result, in the works of Bartosz Hadryś, as rarely in contemporary fine art, we find not only a solid painting technique, but a whole wealth of meanings and codes, giving a wide range of interpretation possibilities for his compositions.
