The artist operates with color and light in a unique way. This gives her paintings a specific depth. Not only in the painterly, workshop sense. They emanate subtlety, harmony and a certain understatement, so characteristic of abstract work. The problem of color is the most important in Aleksandra Jachtoma's work. She feels the colors of the world extremely strongly, draws from them and brings out a new quality. The composition "Reflex" is a striking work of the painter from the mid-1980s. It is an example of color sensitivity, strongly visible in her painting style.
