Biography
He studied applied graphics at the State Higher School of Fine Arts (now the Academy of Fine Arts) in Gdańsk. He received his diploma in 1985. Immediately after graduation, he began teaching at the academy, first as an assistant and currently as a professor. During his studies and for many years afterward, he practiced lithography and worked in graphic design. Since 1994, he has focused primarily on painting and drawing. In 2004, he began working on a series of digital artworks. He has held over 30 solo exhibitions and participated in more than 200 group exhibitions in Poland and abroad. He lives and works in Gdańsk.
