The coast, to which Eugeniusz Dzierzencki was so deeply connected, is the central theme of his artistic oeuvre. Picturesque views of the Baltic Sea are a motif to which the artist regularly returned, each time seeking different compositional solutions. “The sea is beautiful; ships are beautiful; and the work of the seafarer is beautiful. Undoubtedly, everyone feels the impact of this beauty.
