Janusz Sepiol (born 1955). Architect, urban planner, art historian, local government official, Marshal of Malopolska and politician, Senator of the 7th, 8th terms. Critic of architecture, curator of exhibitions at home and abroad, winner and judge of urban planning and architectural competitions. Author of a number of books such as: "Architects and History" ( Universitas 2014), "Working on Landscape" (Austeria 2023) and co-author and editor of such publications as: "Form follows freedom. Architecture for Culture in Poland" (ICC 2015) or the report "Poles' living space" (SARP 2014). He takes photographs and draws. He believes that drawing is a school of careful looking and a path to understanding architecture. Chief Architect of the City of Krakow.
