[REYMONT Władysław Stanisław]. Handwritten letter from Wladyslaw Stanislaw Reymont to Kamil Munkiewicz (nephew) in Warsaw, on a correspondence card, dated. June 18, 1925 in Kołaczków.
Correspondence on one side of the card, recipient's address and stamp on the other. The letter is in response to a request for patronage and a letter of recommendation (on an unknown matter). Reymont explains to his nephew (son of Kamila Munkiewicz, then a WP lieutenant) that he "did not push" his case. He explains himself by his poor health ("I move with no small effort, and already climbing the floor is an impossibility for me") and objective factors ("other people decide", "I was warned from the sidelines that this road does not lead to the goal"). He promises: "at the opportunity what I can do and I will not forget about you". Good condition.
