Graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, where she studied under Władysław Skoczylas and Edmund Bartłomiejczyk. In the interwar years, she participated in printmaking competitions receiving awards, exhibited her works in the salons of the Institute of Art Propaganda, at both International Woodcut Exhibitions in Warsaw (1933, 1936) and at international exhibitions abroad - in Florence, Milan, Bologna, Turin, Marseilles, Paris and Chicago. In 1932, the artist achieved new graphic effects by using white printing on black paper in woodcuts, which brought her recognition in the French and Italian press. In 1933, she took a job in education, running a weaving shop (designing and weaving kilims) in Warsaw. After the war, she mainly practiced painting and drawing, participated in many exhibitions in the country, and had a solo exhibition in London.
