A $2 1969 voucher, ser. Em - a rarer, early variety of this vintage, with the letters of the Large/Small series.
The $2 denomination itself is very rare, it was most likely printed in a low mintage, and encountering its early variety (Em series), which was the first to enter circulation, is now extremely difficult.
A nice piece, confirmed by a PMG grading note appropriate to its condition, plus an EPQ annotation attesting to the exceptional quality of the paper.
