Issued to mark the 160th anniversary of the outbreak of the November Uprising.

The obverse features an image of Wysocki and the Sobieski Bridge in Łazienki Park with insurgents gathering on it. The old PWPW logo appears in the upper left corner. On the reverse, the main motif is an illustration of the PWPW building.
The lower right corner is bent, but the printed area remains intact.
Uncirculated condition.
