Germany, 1st half of the 18th century, Walnut veneered, curved chest of drawers on ball feet with three drawers, top above the leather-covered writing surface with ten further drawers and a single-door compartment lined with greenish canvas silk, dice marquetry on the base, rocailles and shells made of maple treated with ink, signs of age and wear, partial veneer and wood damage and chipping, front more faded, silk partially no longer existing, condition B
